Eminem's still got some disses left in his back pocket for longtime rival Benzino.
In his feature on Lyrical Lemonade's debut album, "All Is Yellow" – which released Friday – Eminem had some choice words for the former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star, who admitted last year that he'd blocked his magazine at the time, The Source, from issuing the Detroit-born rapper a five-star (or, rather, five mic) rating for his 2002 album, "The Eminem Show."
Eminem's lyrics on "Doomsday Pt. 2" – the track that comes after "Doomsday," featuring the late rapper Juice WRLD and Cordae – call Benzino out for his physical appearance and potential financial issues.
"Now I got a riddle (What?)/ One condition, you mustn't laugh (Okay)/ What is the opposite of Benzino? (Uh, what?) A giraffe (Haha)," Eminem raps. He then makes fun of how he can't "go at his neck" because "How can I go at somethin' he doesn't have?"
He then makes a dig at Benzino's possible money problems: "Sorry, I don't mean (What?) to upset you, Ben' (Yeah)/ When I talk about (What?) all the debt you in." Eminem also alludes to losing out on an opportunity to collaborate with Benzino's daughter, Coi Leray: "But this doesn't bring me no joy to say (Huh?)/ Guess that Coi Leray feat's in the toilet, ay?"
Fans have pointed out that both "Doomsday" and "Doomsday Pt. 2" use the same beat as Eminem's track, "Role Model," which released in 1999. Over the years, the two rappers have stoked their feud by going after each other in tracks such as Benzino's "Pull Your Skirt Up" and Eminem's "Nail in the Coffin."
Eminem is among a star-studded list of collaborators on the Lyrical Lemonade (aka Cole Bennett) record, including Kid Cudi, Lil Yachty, Latto, Jack Harlow, Swae Lee, Juicy J and Chief Keef.
